30-days and satisfaction return policy for all products sold at MUDE Online Shop *

*This exchange size policy does not apply to :

            • Sale items (Outlet) – Outlet items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
            • Underwear and Socks due to health & hygiene reasons
 

Here at MUDE, the quality of products and the satisfaction of our customers are our top concerns. Therefore we accept returns within 30 days from the date upon the receipt of the goods under following circumstances:

Size Exchange

If you wish to exchange your size, please contact us at shop@mude-sports.com, inform about the product you received and the new size you want.

You can exchange your product if:
– The product has not been worn.
– The product is in its original package and keeps the tags.

Exchange Procedure:

– After receiving the confirmation and instructions from shop@mude-sports.com you can proceed to send the product to MUDE. The cost of sending the item back to MUDE will be borne by the customer.
– After a satisfactory inspection of the returned item, MUDE will replace it with the item of the requested size.
– Shipment will be done in the next 3 to 5 days, depending on its availability.

The shipping cost of returned items (within Vietnam):
– If the product cost is below 250.000VND delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
– Above this value, shipping will be paid for by MUDE. Please note this is only feasible if shipping a new size or for the first exchange of size.

Outside Vietnam:
– All delivery costs incurred from exchanges will be borne by the customer.

** Note:

  • No cash/visa refunds are accepted once purchased. The exchange can only be implemented once.
  • This exchange size policy is inapplicable to sale items, socks and underwear

Products' quality-related issues

If you have any issue related to products’ quality from design, production or delivery, please contact us at shop@mude-sports.com to verify the mistake. Be sure to include pictures of your product, along with your feedback.

We only accept returns quality-related if:

– The product has not been worn-out
– The product has not been misused.
– No improper use of the product compared to the original purpose.

Exchange Procedure:

– After receiving the confirmation and instructions from shop@mude-sports.com, you can proceed to send the product to MUDE.
– After satisfactory inspection, MUDE will replace the damaged or wrong product for another unit.
– In the event of exchanging to a different product, the new item has to be of a similar/higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference.
– In the event you do not wish to exchange for a different product, a voucher for the amount purchased will be issued.
– Shipment will be done in the next 3 to 5 days depending on its availability.

Satisfaction Policy

If your purchased product does not meet your expectations please contact us at shop@mude-sports.com and share your feedback.

Satisfaction Policy is not applicable for:
– Products that have been worn.
– The product that don’t have its original package and keeps the tags.

Exchange Procedure:

– After receiving a confirmation and instructions from shop@mude-sports.com, you can proceed to send the item to MUDE.
– After a satisfactory inspection of the returned item, customer will receive a code worth the amount of the product to purchase any other product in the MUDE ONLINE SHOP.

Please note that all exchanges must be securely packaged and returned in a sellable condition. All exchanges that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and be held responsible by the customer.
